About us
HiTrip Limited is a travel consultant company specialised on serving the individuals or small businesses who travel to mainland China from UK & Ireland.
It was established in 2014 in Cambridge, England by a group of young travellers who are living in both UK and China, with extensive travel experiences around the world. Collectively, our feet have stood on the land of over 40 countries, spreading across six continents. Within China, 23 provinces, four municipalities, five autonomous regions and two administrative regions all have our footages marked.
Since the formation, we have grown from a single office desk to three offices in both UK and China, with the capabilities of covering eight major cities in mainland China, as well as the collaboration with over 100 4/5 stars hotels across China.

Pricing
Chauffeur Service - We run flat rate for airport pick up and drop off based on the airports, cities, cars and location of your hotel, starting from £30. For half day and full day chauffeur service, it starts from £50.
Private Excursion - The rate depends on the number of people, the length of the service and the type of activities. It starts from £40 per person per half day.
Local Guide Service - The guide service is only offered to small groups, 1 ~ 6 people, to guarantee the service quality. The rate starts from £10 per hour per group.
China Visa Service - The visa service is running at the base rate, £150 per application, maximum two applicants per application. For additional applicants, it is £60 per applicant on top of £150.
Travel Planning Service - The service is charging flat rate at £20 per group per day, two adults and one child, per day. It is £5 more for each additional traveller.
Transportation Booking - We can help you book any public transportation, including flight, bus, boat, underground, bullet train, etc., in China. The booking price will be transparent to you, we only charge 15% commission fee of the total booking amount.
Accommodation Booking - We book the accommodation for you directly from our partner hotels, with the agreement price that you cannot get anywhere else. The room rate is transparent to you, we only charge 15% commission fee of the total booking amount.
Business Consultancy - The service fee is calculated case by case, starting from £1000.
